Terms and Conditions
IATA and Quaynote reserve the right to refuse entrance to any event. IATA and Quaynote have a 30 day payment policy and reserve the right to refuse entrance to the event if payment is not received prior to the event. Fees include all conference documentation and refreshments - it does not include accommodation. Cancellations must be received in writing 4 weeks before the event and will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the applicable registration fee unless a substitute delegate is offered. After this date, no cancellations will be allowed(100% fee is payable). No shows will be charged at the full rate. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
