Lorna oversees all business development activities at Quaynote Communications, ranging from programme research and development to sponsorship sales.
During her career, Lorna has held a number of senior management and sales positions with leading media companies including Haymarket Publishing, Informa plc and Lloyd`s List Events. She established and ran for 2 years the Asian office in Singapore for Lloyd`s of London Press, where she was responsible for maximising company sales across south-east Asia. Lorna launched new sponsorship and product divisions for both Henry Stewart Conference Studies and Neil Stewart Associates, and as Head of Conference Sales at Lloyd`s List Events, she organised and ran conferences in UK, Europe, US, the Middle East and Asia. She holds an honours degree in European Business Studies.

Alison has responsibility for all the marketing, promotional and logistical parts of the business.
Alison has held a variety of senior level positions in both publishing and conferences and has worked for companies such as Thompson Publishing, Informa plc and IBC, including a period in the US where she marketed US Medical Reports. Prior to this Alison worked at Silverplatter Information an IT company, one of the first companies to sell information on CD.
Previously, Alison practised as a Neuroscientist at the University of Sussex in the UK, She holds an Honours degree in Biology.

Caroline produces conference programmes mainly in the security area, building on existing markets to create new growth and products for Quaynote.
Caroline has 16 years experience in the events industry. In recent years she has been developing national conferences for the public sector on issues ranging from policing and youth crime to mental health and resettlement of offenders. Prior to this Caroline held a number of business development and sales roles during her 14 year employment at Informa Plc and IBC. Caroline holds a BA Honours degree in The History of Art.

Irene supports Quaynote in all aspects of event production by evaluating the viability of conference topics, producing cutting- edge conference programs and recruiting senior-level speakers.
As a conference producer Irene has worked for leading companies such as marcus evans and Jacob fleming and produced exclusive summits and open conferences in Europe and the Middle East. Her diversified portfolio ranges from Information Technology and Finance to HR, Pharma and Oil and Gas.
She holds a BA Honours degree in Applied Linguistics and an MA in International Relations.
Michelle Fanus has 10 years experience of researching, planning and managing successful conferences in a diverse range of industry sectors from HR to Construction & Environmental subject areas.
She set up Dynamyk Events in 2009 which provides conference and events management services to a range of clients. In her employed life, she has worked for Informa, CMP and World Trade Group and has become an excellent conference all-rounder taking events from topic research and concept creation to on-site management.
Her key areas of expertise are concept development & feasibility studies for launch events; content research and programme production including editorial board management; speaker identification & recruitment; Pre-Event logistics including speaker, sponsor, partner, delegate and all event stakeholder liaison; external supplier liaison, venue selection & management; on-site event hosting and finally post event evaluation.
She has worked on a range of event models in different industry sectors from niche high level strategy meetings to annual international industry events and liaised with Government Ministers, Celebrity Motivational Speakers, well known industry figures, business leaders and key pioneers in their respective fields.
