The Greek government has recently passed a new law which prohibits yachts not in possession of a Greek commercial license from commencing AND ending charters in Greek waters. I’ve been attending yachting educational conferences for years, and have found that the Quaynote events are always among the best organized, featuring timely topics, sparking lively discussion between quality speakers, and are therefore definitely worthwhile.
